Celebrating Six Years!

Last year was a big year for Arrow, not only was it the most successful year since we started in June 2017, we also received the honour of being named the South East’s ‘Best Small Planning Consultancy of the Year’ by the Royal Town Planning Institute all whilst we were hitting a five year milestone. Post pandemic, we felt fortunate to be in a healthy position, but we refrained from getting too comfortable in the ‘everything is going so well’ bubble. We remained diligent with projects and focussed our efforts on the team and standards of working practice. We moved office space, grew the team, and we spent copious amounts of time honing our team culture and improving the quality of our work.

This year we decided to mark the success of a collective effort from #teamarrow in helping shape the company to what it is today! Without the coaching, collaboration, and dedication of our team – Arrow would not have such brilliant clients, consultants, and projects on board. Reason to celebrate turning 6 seemed more than deserved given the amount of uncertainty in the economy that has been wavering over the past year. 

We celebrated our 6^th year with a party in London at The Fable Bar and Restaurant bringing together people from across the industry for an evening of food, drinks and networking. Managing Director Mark gave a thought provoking speech which included a call for arms to everybody to break down barriers, do more and create places to live, work, relax and play which we can be proud of, whilst thanking his colleagues, clients, consultants and friends for the incredible support over the past six years. The evening was a fantastic success and it won’t be the last event from Arrow Planning!

We remain resilient and positive, we know we have a great amount of work to do to keep pushing the boundaries to bring quality developments to life in our communities. We aim to set the bar high in continuing to raise our standards so we can be leaders in our industry and create a lasting positive legacy.
