The healthcare sector is a challenging and broad area. We work for PCTs, assisting with estate management and rationalisation and value uplift; extending and repurposing existing facilities; and reviewing future sites. Working for the private sector, meanwhile, we have several care home schemes where arguments on need and relationship to housing land supply require complex arguments to justify development in locations that may otherwise be considered less favourably.
