Quarries are dynamic and long lasting, like many strategic developments. We work with landowners and operators to understand where future opportunities might lie. Many quarry sites are damaged landscapes and despoiled land, often close to major settlements. They frequently provide future development opportunities but to achieve this they require advice and promotion from people with experience of both operational aspects and future development needs. We have successfully promoted and obtained permission for residential and commercial development on current and historic mineral sites, taking sites from active quarries through to new homes and jobs.
