I have dealt with Arrow Planning for a number of years now and have always had great advice from them, from small developments of just one or two to quite large developments of circa 50 units or more, they know all there is to know when it comes to getting the best return from your land.

We have worked with the team on several projects in the last 4 years, including the relocation of our office HQ, delivery of affordable housing and commercial schemes. The team have secured permission for each project without the need for appeal and have worked diligently to deliver projects against tight timescales with under resourced Local Authorities. This is crucial and has allowed us to swiftly bring forward and build projects and deliver new homes and jobs.

We work with Arrow on all our strategic projects and value their experience, commitment, and enthusiasm. Most of our schemes are long term strategic developments on complex sites. I have worked with Mark since 2007, and the number of projects and the breadth of the work has significantly increased since he established Arrow Planning in 2017. We have enjoyed considerable success in securing multiple planning permissions – many in tough Green Belt authorities.
