The client

A team of Land, Planning and Development specialists working in partnership with landowners to unlock the full potential of land holdings through development across the UK.

The challenge

Arrow Planning have submitted an outline planning application, with one holistic Masterplan, for the development of approximately 111 dwellings within the settlement of Nazeing. The site is an allocated site within the adopted Epping Forest District Council Local Plan.

The solution

The proposal will comprise detached, semi-detached, terraced dwellings, and a number of apartment units. The site is bought forward under a single outline application submitted with a comprehensive masterplan which demonstrates the collective design approach. The Site is well-connected to the facilities of the settlement by a range of active and public transit modes.

The proposal is expected to make a positive contribution to the existing built environment of the settlement in terms of housing provision, character of area, preservation, and enhancement of key green infrastructure.

The consultation was held at the St. Giles Church Community Centre in Nazeing, on behalf of the applicants, Orchestra (St Leonards) Ltd and Boldshire Ltd.
