The challenge
The delivery of a parcel of land within the Green Belt for residential development within an area with a housing land supply shortfall and in the early stages of local plan preparation.
The solution
The development will make a positive contribution to local housing needs and will provide new on-site open space for the community. The design takes account of a range of matters, including highway, flood risk, noise constraints from the railway and incorporates new woodland in line with national and local policies.
