The client

A small-medium sized housebuilder who specialises in building high quality homes on challenging topography in the Chilterns and north London.

The challenge

Arrow represented Magnacrest through the Local Plan, appearing at the Examination Hearings and ultimately securing the removal of the site from the Green Belt, with a residential allocation.

The solution

The site is part of the wider Princes Risborough expansion but acts as a stand-alone development to the rear of existing properties on Poppy Road. It is bordered to the south by the chalk headwaters of the Pyrtle Spring, placing additional focus on  ecological and hydrological matters.
