Hannah Bryant
We are thrilled to welcome Hannah to the team, bringing over 12 years’ experience in the private sector and a strong track record across commercial, residential, and mixed-use development schemes in central London and beyond. She has extensive expertise in strategic mixed-use sites, working closely with multi-disciplinary project teams to guide projects from early concept through to delivery.
Hannah has significant experience navigating complex and sensitive contexts, including listed buildings and developments within conservation areas. She places great value on building strong relationships with Planning Authorities and key stakeholders, establishing positive working foundations from the outset to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Hannah's Role
As Associate Director, Hannah brings a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of complex planning matters. She advises on both small and large-scale development schemes, applying a balanced mix of sector knowledge and empathy to help clients navigate planning challenges. Her strategic approach ensures the planning process is managed effectively and proactively. In addition to her project work, Hannah supports the mentoring and professional development of junior team members on their path to RTPI Chartership.
Away from Arrow
Outside of her role at Arrow, Hannah devotes her time to raising her two boys and prioritising her own wellbeing. She’s passionate about running, long scenic walks, and experimenting with authentic Middle Eastern recipes.
