Rob Harrison
Rob has been part of Arrow since February 2020. He brings 20 years of experience within the public sector working across a range of sectors and scales of development. These vary from large residential development schemes to individual household extensions. Rob also has experience within the agricultural, retail and commercial sectors. Having worked for Arrow Planning within the private sector for the past 4 years, Rob has been working on a diverse range of planning applications, development promotions, site appraisals, appeals and enforcement matters.
Rob's Role
Rob's planning work involves preparation of planning statements, planning committee reports, Decision Notices, Development Brief's, and implementation of PPA's. Rob is highly experienced with complex Section 106 Agreement negotiations, consultation and negotiation of planning consents, furthermore he supports clients with the preparation of appeal statements for Public Inquiries, Hearings and written representation appeals. With a meticulous eye for detail, Rob has the skills to execute complex projects to exceptional standards. He is proactive in his approach and is committed to building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
Away from Arrow
Besides his work at Arrow, Rob enjoys bike rides and camping trips with his two young children. You can often find him playing badminton or showing an enthusiastic interest in random sport opportunities.
