Rob Harrison
Rob joined Arrow Planning in February 2020 and has 25 years’ experience working across the public and private sectors.
His experience covers a wide range of development types and scales, from major residential schemes to individual household extensions. He has also worked extensively across the agricultural, retail and commercial sectors.
Since joining Arrow, Rob has advised on a diverse range of planning applications, development promotions, site appraisals, planning appeals and enforcement matters.
Rob's Role
Rob’s work includes preparing planning statements, planning committee reports, decision notices and development briefs, as well as supporting the implementation of Planning Performance Agreements. He has considerable experience in complex Section 106 agreement negotiations and in consulting and negotiating with local planning authorities to secure planning permission. Rob also supports clients with appeal statements for public inquiries, hearings and written representation appeals. With a meticulous eye for detail, Rob is experienced in managing complex projects and delivering work to a high standard. He takes a proactive approach and is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with clients and wider project teams.
Away from Arrow
Away from work, Rob enjoys bike rides and camping trips with his two young children. You can also find him playing badminton or enthusiastically getting involved in almost any sporting opportunity.
