Will Docherty
Will is an asset to the Arrow Planning team. Working in the public sector, he brings with him a notable 13 years of planning experience working within London and the South East dealing with a range of urban, rural and enforcement matters on a variety of projects ranging from large scale commercial schemes of 12,000sqm+ and small scale major residential developments to smaller scale applications. With an array of comprehensive knowledge on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, Will has experience in agricultural, retail, industrial, telecoms, sustainable energy and heritage matters.
Will's Role
Will is experienced in dealing with planning appeals with the preparation of planning and committee reports and planning statements. This also includes written representations, Hearings and Inquiries and appearing at Planning Committees. Always showing a great deal of passion for his work, Will is looking forward to continuing his town planning experience within the private sector whilst working towards his RTPI Accreditation. He is currently involved with the strategic planning for a large Net Zero Carbon residential development in Bedfordshire.
Away from Arrow
In his spare time, Will takes a keen interest in all sports; rugby, historic motor sports, football, golf and shooting to name a few but his devotion is to his family where he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 young boys and their dog.
