Jemimah Ware
Jemimah joined Arrow in October 2021 in the newly created role of Futures Development Manager and brings a fresh new approach to the growth of the business. Jemimah is vibrant, energetic and leads by example with her high standards, never satisfied unless a job is done to the best of her abilities. Jemimah is currently working towards her Chartered Manager status at Cranfield University whilst studying for her BSc (Hons) Business Management and Leadership.
Jemimah's Role
Jemimah’s role requires her to drive the growth of the business through marketing, business development and ensuring that the team stay true to their values. She has an excellent background in design and is people focused, building strong and long lasting relationships across a wide network, not limited to clients and consultants.
Away from Arrow
Away from Arrow, you will find Jemimah head deep in a home project, visiting family in the Cotswolds or adventuring with her two children. She also enjoys running and taking on a new challenge.
