Sophie Johnston
We welcomed Sophie to the team in summer 2023. An RTPI Chartered Town Planner, Sophie brings 12 years of professional experience within the private sector having worked for a couple of the UK’s leading planning consultancies. As a result, Sophie has a wealth of knowledge of the changing UK Planning system, and is experienced in navigating some of the most complex planning challenges. Sophie offers valuable advice to our clients and is well versed in preparing and managing a range of planning applications, appeals and Development Plan promotions with a main focus on residential and commercial sectors.
Sophie's Role
Sophie joined us as Associate Director and aside from managing her own projects she is assisting with leading the planning team. Sophie has excellent mentoring skills is supporting our graduate members through their professional development, working towards their RTPI Chartership.
Away from Arrow
Northern born Sophie is kept busy raising her two young boys. When time allows Sophie enjoys playing netball and making plans for her next city break.
