Lorna Bowler
Lorna joined Arrow in June 2025 after earning a BSc in Real Estate Management from Kingston University. Lorna worked with us during a summer internship in 2024, where she loved bringing her academic knowledge particularly from her Planning, Land, and Development module, into real-world application. Lorna approaches her work with care and precision, and her collaborative spirit makes her an outstanding team member. Her strong work ethic and commitment to high standards align perfectly with Arrow’s values, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.
Lorna's Role
Although new to the industry, Lorna is already making an impact by supporting the team across a range of planning projects. As she builds her professional knowledge, she’ll be working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI. A natural mentor and confident collaborator, we see a bright and successful future for Lorna in planning.
Away from Arrow
Lorna brings the same drive and dedication to her personal life as she does to her professional one. A competitive cyclist, she has raced for Team Backstedt Hotchillee and built a strong reputation in British Cycling. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her outdoors on her bike, or with her friends and family embracing her love for sport and adventure.
