Mark Schmull
Mark established Arrow Planning in June 2017 with a vision to enable positive growth within his local community by bringing forward high quality and highly sustainable schemes. Mark has a reputable 20 years’ experience in the industry after working for a range of small and large consultancies including Lichfield’s and Savill’s. During his first year of business, Arrow Planning was a finalist at The Buckinghamshire Business Awards for new business of the year. Since then, the business has grown to be a successful planning consultancy with a team of enthusiastic people that actively work to promote a better future for our future generations.
Mark's Role
Throughout Marks career, he has helped deliver on a number of major strategic projects including permission for two of the largest onshore wind turbines in England; a strategic urban extension of 2500 homes in the Green Belt and secured allocation of 2.3M sqft major business park expansion on A1 corridor. Mark has considerable experience of leading and working in multi-disciplinary teams to achieve planning permission for strategic urban extensions, with particular focus and experience within the Thames Valley region and beyond. Focused on building long term relationships with clients and wider project teams, Mark is equally passionate about his team. He is dedicated to providing support and development opportunities to all. He sees this as key to build a thriving business that celebrates individuality and uniqueness that inspires strong, innovative and forward thinking practices.

Away from Arrow you can find Mark at the gym creating his next great idea for Arrow or bike riding through the Chiltern Hills. He also enjoys the great outdoors with his two children and ‘Diggle’ the pug.
