With a particular expertise in Green Belt authority areas, we act for landowners, land promoters and developers to bring forward new homes. We focus on quality, pushing our clients to deliver sustainable and well-designed new developments, as opposed to schemes that focus on quantity. We want to bring forward new communities with a positive legacy, rather than places that are known for the wrong reasons.
